My experience in working with Mustard Design has been more than satisfactory, it has been splendid.

I chose Eric Mustard to do the design work on my office building for several reasons.
(1) I knew the quality of his work to be first-rate from projects he had done while in the employ of another firm. (2) He is a perfectionist, and I knew he would take care of all of the minute details of construction for me in the same way I would have done them myself if time permitted. (3) He has an artistic flair that I hoped to tap into to create a building that would be distinctive, functional, but yet be in keeping with the character of the community.

In every regard, Eric surpassed my expections. In the design phase he was able to interpret my goals and desires and render up what I hoped to achieve. We have a well thought out building and I can not think of anything I would change if I was doing it again. In the bidding phase Eric’s opinions on builders and subcontractors was invaluable. I am sure that I can credit Eric’s involvement with the best builder also turning out to be the low cost bidder.

In the construction phase Eric was involved with the builder on a daily basis ensuring that everything was done to specification, and up to our demanding standards. In one instance, he quickly discovered an error that had been made and saved the builder thousands of dollars by his vigilance. Eric's dealing with all of the tradesmen saved me many frustrating hours and more than justified his fees.

I have received nothing but the highest compliments from the community on our completed office. In fact, there is not a week that goes by when I have seen someone out photographing it. I can thank Eric Mustard for this and commend him to you for your design and construction requirements. You will find him to be honest and exceptionally talented.

For over a decade now I have been gratified to have Mr Eric Mustard as a member of my congregation and a friend. Through the years Eric has rendered faithfull and capable assistance to the church in various significant capacities: Chairman of the Deacons, Chairman of the Long-Range Planning Committee, and Church Chairman. On whatever board or committee he serves, fellow members look to him as one who asks the right questions, gets things done, follows up on what is begun, and deals admirably with people in the process. His quiet but consistent leadership has been an incalculable boon to our church.

When we moved into our new church building in November of 1993, Eric was authorized by the congregation to draw up the master plan for improvements on and additions to our facility--a task he performed with creditable efficiency. In his present office of deacon, Eric, blending purposiveness with tact, continues to be our principal point man with regard to the development, operation, and maintenance of our physical plant.

With respect to his personal attributes, I can attest to Eric's honesty, diligence, perseverance, patience, intelligence, ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, and genuine concern for the welfare of others. It is in good conscience and with considerable pleasure that I give Eric Mustard my highest recommendation, thereby recompensing in some small measure the willing and competent service that he has rendered us.
